Problems with "Replace Task Manager"

When I selected the option to replace task manager with WhatsRunning
and hit Ctrl-Alt-Del, I got a screen full of HTML.

Can you tell me what Operating system and bitness (32/64) you are using?

This did not happen on one on of my other computers running the same
OS, so I better give you some more information about the problem
computer.

It is a daul monitor system with the primary being a 1920x1080 and the
secondary being a 1680x1050. I have the computer setup to go directly
to the default task manager and not the Windows Security Dialog
Screen.
