WR gets stuck in notification bar

One doesn't usually work as Admin, of course.
As non-admin, I can start WR 'run as', but if I minimise it to the tray, it just gets stuck there.
I can, of course start another one, and kill off the previous instance, but that's a bit lame, n'est-ce pas?.

Bill,
What version of WR are you running? If it is 3.0 BETA 5, can you
please send me whatsrunning.log from the application directory?
