Running under Vista

A common problem I hear about is that What's Running will run when
installed in Vista only after installation, but when you try launching
it a second time (and subsequently) you get the error "Can't access
PSInfo.dll" which is in the same directory as What's Running.
The solution is to right click on the shortcut and select "Run as
administrator".
