WR2.2, vistasp2 corrupted process ids in IPorts report

WR2.2, vistasp2
All the process Identities on my IP connection report are 4294967295.
Rather large number, binary for what?!
Process names are unfortunately blank (just as useful as svchost!)

(I suspect I have a hidden spambot, using ip addr 113.32.178.139, not
yet in the light, which could be a culprit.)

It would be so useful to be able to block rogue ip-addresses from the
WR report!

Can you test with the most recent beta of What's Running 3.0 that is
available for download here: http://www.whatsrunning.net/download.aspx

WR 2.2 is not compatible with Vista, but WR 3.0 is.
