I had an old copy of 2.1 I tried to run on my work XP laptop. When it
started, it showed the outer frame, but just hung there. Well, not a
hang, because I could right click the item in the task bar and close
it easy enough (although the frame persists until some other graphical
event causes a refresh). Same thing with 2.2.

So I downloaded the beta, figuring this would be of highest interest
to the developers. When I try running it, I get access violations
when I start, and when I change tabs. No data in the tabs at all.
Although I'm local admin on the machine, there might be some kind of
blocking going on...I don't know.

Thanks for your report.

I am aware of the problem with the current downloadable BETA, which
primarily affects Windows XP. Vista and Windows 7 seems fine.

I have fixed the problem though and a fix will be available in the
next beta. Likely to be available beginning of next week.

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm having the same problem with Vista.

Christer,

I downloaded the 12/7 code and installed over
(without uninstalling) then said yes to start the
application at the end of the install. I get access violation
pop-ups on the first four tabs, and no data shows.
