All,

As some of my customers already know, we are dealing with a severe
plumbing issue which has restricted my ability to do cleanings in a
timely fashion. We are now at the point where the work will begin to
fix the issues. The work will proceed in several stages over the
course of many weeks.

During the first phase which has begun, we will be slowing services
and doing only emergency cleaning and repairs. This will continue
until just past January 1.

The second phase will necessitate having the old asbestos floor tiles
removed by a licensed asbestos abatement company, and during this time
no repair services will be available. This should only last about a
week.

The third phase will be the actual rebuilding of the plumbing under
the foundation, which should take no more than a week or two,
depending on the ability of the plumber to schedule services and
subcontractors.

The fourth phase is the rebuilding phase. At this time, repair
services will be back up and running at full capacity. However, the
rooms adjoining the shop will be under construction and that may
affect operations from time to time.

If you have any questions, please send me an email.

Best regards,
Dave Weiner
