Starting tomorrow Pheonix is starting a Brooklyn class with her own curriculum: 

New hoop Class @ The Muse in Williamsburg Brooklyn!!! 

$18 Drop in or $15 each if you buy a 5 pack!  

Tuesday Nights 6-7pm with Ms. Phoenix!!!  

Come hula hoop it up in this high energy open level class that explores the infinite variations of this beautiful art.  

All ages and levels welcome!!!! 

The moves are explored from their simplest form to their most complex variations and transitions so any level can benefit from the practices.  

Choreographing and moving more freely in your hoop dance are the emphasis.  

This class will leave you exhilarated and smiling.   

It is an awesome aerobic heart throb of a work out that makes it so you can't help but feel great.
