Hello flow family!  Lots of technique-based classes starting up next week, including Beginner Poi, Fans for all levels, and 4 intermediate and advanced poi classes.  More details below. Email me to register!

ALSO, Flow Mix continues for the rest of June and July, with the wonderful and talented lady Wolf teaching these sessions!!  So you can continue getting your Monday spin sesh on at the Y, trying out and experimenting with new ways of interacting with your prop!!  Wolf is committed to keeping the flow going in NYC and together we'll be sharing lots of ideas with you all to intensify your flow with your prop, and in your life!!!!

Classes are $180 for the 9-week session.  

Please email deez...@gmail.com to register and complete your payment.  This payment is refundable until 48 hours before class begins.  

Up to two missed classes may be made up by attending an alternate class during the current session.  Neither refunds nor transfers are not given once the series starts.

Open-Level Fans 

Fan tricks and techniques for all levels!  Beginners welcome.

Poi 1

Hooray, you're learning poi!  We start at the very beginning, learning the foundations and groundwork to all poi maneuvers.  

Poi 4

We continue to build our foundations with all types of reels and categories of timing and direction and stalls.  We will begin adding fun new tricks like 1.5s and flowers. 

Poi 6

We will start working on different varieties of flowers, other fun additions like pirouettes, and new concepts like isolations, plus ever more transitions.

Poi 8

We will be building our antispin repertoire as well as introducing new moves like crossers, more tangles, and toss variations.  We'll be doing more sequences to build our fluidity as well.

Ninja X Poi
More fun tricks, concepts, and combos for this open-level class. Appropriate for intermediate/advanced spinners who pick up new moves with relative ease.
