Amendments to POCSO Rules

The government is proposing a set of amendments to the rules framed under the POCSO. However, the manner in which it is going about it raises concerns. It is opaque and is selective in consultations. 

Attached herewith is a the letter that we propose to send jointly to the concerned minister demanding that the process be transparent and wider consultations be held.
