Role: IT IS Cisco Netflow Security Information Analyst
Work Experience: 4 yrs or 4 yrs +

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
· Detailed analysis of Netflow results
· Internal sources and destinations (Internal Firewall(s))
· External sources and destinations (Perimeter Firewall(s))
· Identifying supporting subnets
· Identifying internal data owners of identified sources/destinations
• Conducting interviews and analysis of identified data owners to determine traffic validity
· Discuss Netflow findings with internal staff
· Document data owner’s access requirements for internal systems
· Identify subnets for identified external connections
• Participating in servicing requests from GE Corporate related to subnet identification and documentation efforts
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:-
Ability to drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology
• Understanding of Six Sigma, ITIL and Lean methodologies to develop process improvements and facilitate Problem Management
• Strong customer service orientation; ability to discuss technical topics with mainly non-IT customers
• Ability to develop process documentation
• Strong understanding of Information Security concepts
