Whatcom County Government & City of Bellingham
invite you to be a vendor at our 1^st Annual Combined 2015 Employee Health Fair!

 

 

Whatcom County Government & City of Bellingham are excited to be hosting our first joint Health & Wellness Fair.  We would like to offer you the opportunity to share your information and services at this event.  Creative, fun and interactive wellness activities and giveaways are encouraged.

 

Employees attending the Health Fair include support staff, technicians, road workers, law enforcement, professionals and elected officials.  The 2015 Health Fair will be located outside on Lottie Street in front of City Hall.  All 800+ employees from Whatcom County and 900+ employees from the City of Bellingham will receive promotion about the Health Fair.  This year’s Health Fair will be Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. 

  

Space is limited to 35-40 vendors, so we ask that you submit a proposal for a space promptly as we would very much like to have you attend.  Since this is an employee Health Fair, all services, tests, and information provided at the Health Fair must be free of charge to the employees attending – in other words, we can have no money transactions at the Health Fair itself. 

 

We will be handing out prize drawing tickets to employees.  If you would like to offer a prize for the overall drawing, please indicate that on the enclosed form.
