Dearest Food + Farming Community,
As you may have heard, on May 26, 2025, the Sustainable Connections (SC) Board of Directors voted to divest from Cloud Mountain Farm Center by December 2025 (please see CMFC website for more information). We are sad to let go of this current iteration of Cloud Mountain Farm Center—it has been a wonderful resource for our community that so many have held dear. We are hopeful that the farm will continue in some form and flourish in the years to come under new management.
We hope you can join us at the Rome Grange for the Cloud Mountain Farm Center Community Forum on Tuesday, June 17th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. We are offering this opportunity for you to come ask questions, engage with staff, and learn more about next steps for the farm. Please help us spread the word if you know others that would be interested in attending.
