Currently used as a WSDA-approved production kitchen. It has been a cafe in the past and there is the option to expand into the unit next door for additional space/seating.
The space would be leased directly from the building owner. All necessary plumbing and electrical is in place. It is equipped with a hood, oven, fire suppression system, triple sink, veg sink and mop sink which are available for purchase from current tenant. Additional equipment (prep tables, metro shelves, refrigeration, sheet pans, etc) are also available for any interested parties.
