seeking aged manure for anti-hunger garden

I am writing on behalf of a group that helps maintain a victory garden of sorts, to feed  hungry people. We are looking for a donation of aged manure (chicken, cow, or horse) to improve the soil this fall before prepping beds and planting garlic. Is anyone able to donate a truckload or two of manure? If aged is not available we can make compost with lightly aged instead and use it in the spring because anything is helpful. We can pick up.
