Twin Sisters Mobile Market is a 501(c)3 nonprofit mobile farmers market. Our custom mobile market truck delivers farm-fresh produce to four underserved Whatcom County “food desert” locations. Our mission is to connect our community to high-quality, local food, and to strengthen the small Whatcom farms that grow it.
We are looking to hire two different market leads: one for our Deming market on Saturdays, and one for our Birchwood (Bellingham) market on Sundays. Market Leads are in charge of the operation of their respective market - everything from the set up, running the market, and market break down. This role is physical, public-facing, and systems-oriented. It requires reliability, integrity, and care.
Market Lead positions are seasonal, 1-day-a-week positions that run through our market season, June-October. This is a high responsibility role great for someone who is dependable, organized, and excited to be a part of a team working hard for food accessibility and small farm stability in our community.
