Seeking advice for building a walk in cooler

Hi,

We are looking into building a low cost container cooler the size of a small shipping container, but wondered if anybody had any advice or opinions on buying/using insulated walk in cooler panels instead of a shipping container. Like where to buy, cost comparisons, and what kind of air conditioner to get to pair with the Coolbot. 

If anybody has been through this recently and is willing to share costs or sources we would appreciate it. We may or may not use this in summer when it is hot but for sure we need it during the fall and winter months.
