Hi All,

We’re closing in on tomorrow night’s Q3 Student Chef Dinner sign up, so wanted to provide a couple updates in advance of that:

  1. There are over 575 totals spots (including hosts), so thanks a ton to all the hosts!
  2. Registration will go live on Sunday night at 10pm. Registration will be at the following link: http://groups.wharton.upenn.edu/whartonfood/rsvp?club_url2=whartonfood&id=98890. If you do not receive the link check Facebook or respond to this email.
  3. We are using Campus Groups for registration because of the many issues we had with Google Docs last time. Campus Groups is not the perfect solution, but we have looked into a ton of different options and think this is the best bet. Note that the one thing Campus Groups doesn’t offer is the ability to see who has signed up for each dinner, so if you want to go to the same dinner as your friends just prep a bit before sign ups start. Otherwise, it should solve the access and over-writing issues we had last time.
  4. Each member can register to attend one Q3 dinner. We have over 550 members so please don’t sign up for more than one. If you get a spot at a dinner, you can also sign up for one waitlist spot if there’s a dinner you really wanted but couldn’t get into. That said, please don't sign up for a waitlist spot just to sign up - we want to make sure everyone gets to attend. If you don’t have a spot at a dinner, you can sign up for 3 waitlist spots.
  5. On Campus Groups you are able to get two tickets for an event, but please only get one unless you are buying for you and your partner.
  6. Hosts: Please note on the following Google Doc if your option is vegetarian friendly, this will ensure that vegetarians can sign up for meals that make the most sense. (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArbaxH-vvaGldHJzUmU1NFU0ZndHc09WSHFCbnMxRkE&usp=drive_web#gid=0)

Happy eating,

Hi all,

I'm trying to access campus groups and the website has been down for a while. Did others encounter this problem? If not, I'll try again later. Thank you!

Best,

Hi, I was able to register with the link provided in the below email, but I didn't receive an email/link from Campus Groups. Just wanted to send a note, so that I could get that fixed going forward. Thanks!
