Dinner at Fork (4/8)
Did
you like High Street on Market? If you want to try some great food, Food Club has organized a dinner
on April 8th at 9pm at Ellen Yin's (a Wharton alumni's) first restaurant, Fork.
Dinner
will include appetizers, a main dish, family style dessert, and a glass of wine.
This
restaurant is dubbed by foodies as one of Philly's best. Craig LaBan gave Fork three
bells, declaring, "The real 'problem' here is that Kulp's food is just so haughtingly
good." Eli Kulp, the head chef, was also just recognized by Food & Wine magazine as one of
the best
chefs in America.
We've negotiated a discount and are subsidizing the meal,
so you can get $80 worth of food for $50. Sign-up
here starting tonight at 10pm.

Dinner at Zahav (4/14)
The
year is coming to a close and what better way to finish it off then with a blow-out family style meal?!
On
Monday, April 14th, Food Club is partnering with Zahav to host a private event for 50 members! We'll
be taking over their private dining room for the night, so get ready to chat hummus, test your knowledge
of Middle Eastern mezze, and get out of Center City for a bit (don't worry you don't have to
talk to townies.)
Dinner will be at 7pm on April 14th and we'll be offering an
impressive tasting menu for $39. You can sign
up here starting tonight at 10pm.
Not convinced? Would hearing that the
menu is 4 courses, including their amazing hummus and slow cooked lamb shoulder (that will make even
Alex Blair drool) change your mind?

Student Chef Cookbook
With your help,
we are still planning to assemble the first ever Wharton Cookbook with recipes
from your favorite student chefs dinners. However, we need your help. We've got some mouth-watering
submissions already, but let's beef this book up by nominating your favorite dish from this semester's
dinners to be included in the cookbook using this
Google form or be brave and submit your own recipe to Hee-won directly. Then, we'll
reach out to them anonymously and beg them for their secret recipe...
All
Chefs: Remember to submit your reimbursements, along with your receipts. With the end of the year coming,
we want to make sure you get paid.
