Hello,

Quick question for you: I was signed up for Chelsea L'Ecuyer's student dinner, but unfortunately, there was some error in the signup system, and the dinner was marked down for this past Sunday (in reality, the dinner is for this Friday). I am not able to attend this new dinner time as I am out of town. Is there a way to view any dinner openings remaining for the semester so that I can sign up for one?

Thank you!

NOLA Trek

What do Po'boys, beignets, gumbo, crawfish etoufee, and jambalaya have in common?

They are all from New Orleans and the Food Club is taking you to them in our first ever New Orleans Trek from April 11 - 13.

The trek will consist of a food tour of New Orleans, tons of food, a visit to the French Quarter Festival, more food, and of course, time to crawl down Bourbon. More information can be found here.

The trip is subsidized and the incredible organizers, Jessica Feng and Mary Wehner have negotiated some killer deals to keep prices affordable. If you are interested, feel free to contact them, sign-up here and get ready to laissez les bons temps rouler!

Student Chef Courses:
Mozzarella Making

There are still a few open spots in March 3rd's Mozzarella Making class with Nicole Capp and Justin Sapolsky.

Learn the secrets to the cheese that keeps Matt & Marie's sandwiches tasting so good and bring home a skill that is sure to impress ladies, gentlemen, and Bryan Bloom.

Sign-up here and keep posted for more upcoming classes after Spring Break. While we are charging $5 to hold the spot, this fee will be refunded to you once you attend to class. If only your stats class was so nice...

Coffee and Pastries: Wouffle Style

By popular demand, our friends in the Coffee Club have coaxed Beth Wouffle into sharing some of her amazing pastries with the rest of the Wharton Community. This Sunday, March 2nd from 11am to noon, take a break from studying House of Cards and join us at 2401 Walnut for a Coffee and Pastry Pairing event, featuring homemade:

Lunch and Learn

Hi Lauren,

Sorry there was some confusion on the date. I'm looking back at the original host sign up though, and am seeing that Chelsea and crew signed up to host on 2/23 (so not sure if they moved the dinner, or what). Unfortunately, it looks like dinners for the rest of the quarter are all booked up (link below), but we'll have another round of signups for Q4 dinners soon after spring break. For Q3 dinners, you can also keep your eye out on the facebook group for posts about spots that open up, or write any of the hosts seeing if there's any way they can take on one more.

Best,
Jake
