Donation Refunds

I'm glad to hear that donors to the Explosion Victims' Fund have been told to expect refunds. I'm in the mode of "I'll believe it when it really happens."

You may recall that for various reasons, I was asked not to distribute the funds. Therefore, on January 26, I asked GoFundMe to refund the funds to the donors. On February 12 I followed their instructions and wired the funds to their bank. I received multiple promises that donors would receive their refunds within days.

So let's hope those refunds really come through! 

Thanks again to those who donated. I only wish we could have done more to help the victims.
