An old hammerhead shark that I know and trust told me that the water
between the North and South island (Cook Straight I think it's called
but he couldn't remember) is especially efficacious at this time of year.
I have no idea what he meant so I thought I'd swim down for a look see.

Efficacious? Dunno 'bout that, but it can be right blustery this time of the
year.
Nearly 40 years ago a ferry sank just outside Wellington Harbour when it hit
a reef in April, during a storm.
Great loss of life....
Still, for a dolphin, it should be okay... :-)
