Dear Madam / Sir,
With reference to the campus interviews conducted by The Park Hotels for their Management Training Program, HOET and BET batch 2017 – 2019 and Zone by The Park Management Training Program batch 2017 – 2019, We are pleased to announce the schedule for the pre-final and final interviews to be conducted at The Park Hyderabad.

Note:
1. Before the Preliminary interviews, all the candidates (MT /HKMT/ KMT/ HOET/ BET ) for The Park Hotels and Zone by The Park, must appear for an online test at the Park Hyderabad.
The candidates must carry a fully charged Tablet/Laptop (with wifi connecting facility) with chargers/adaptors/spare power banks. The Online test will last for about 60 minutes.
The test comprises of multiple choice questions relating to General Knowledge, Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary and F & B Service for all categories and questions relating to General Knowledge, Food & Beverage Service and Food Production for KMT/HOET- Food Production candidates.
2. All KMT and HOET- Food Production (for The Park and Zone by The Park) candidates will also be required to complete a Kitchen trade test before appearing for Preliminary interviews. Candidates appearing for the trade test are required to bring their kitchen tool kits and dusters with them. The menu, recipe and the ingredients will be provided by The Park Hotels.
3. The results of the pre-final interviews will be declared on Tuesday, 25th October 2016( late evening) on the AIH Website (www.aih.edu.in) and on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/aihnavimumbai)
4. The final interview for those candidates who have been shortlisted from the preliminary final interview rounds will be held on Wednesday, 26th October 2016 at The Park Hyderabad from 9 am onwards.
5. The results of the final interviews will be declared on 26th October 2016 (late evening) and offer letters will be issued to all the selected candidates on the spot.
6. All Candidates are required to carry two passport size photographs and photocopies of mark sheets of all years/semesters of their hotel management course.
7. All candidates are expected to be professionally groomed for the interview.
8. Changing facility shall be provided only for KMT and HOET- Food Production candidates.
9. Candidates are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the interviews at The Park Hyderabad.
