Here is/are my WGB Challenge # 12: (Spelt) Whole Wheat Sandwich
Breads : http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/11269286?from=11269286&at=1313954152.
Baked this bread (not very succesfully) a few times in the bread
machine. :-((

For now I'll continue with the WGB challenge, but I will continue to
do it in my own tempo and sequence.

You're looks good. I'm going to do mine in a bread machine I just found free at the next door neighbors house. :)
I think your idea of ON YOUR OWN TEMPO AND SEQUENCE sounds great. Me too.

My most recent breads (through #13 Multigrain Struan) can be found at http://wgbchallenge.blogspot.com/.

As to "own tempo and sequence", it sounds like the challenge has come to an end.

Joe the "own tempo and sequence" was only because I thought I was de
only one still baking. But now I see you're with me on this, I'll
continue the challenge as planned. I'm going to bake #13 Multigrain
Struan tomorrow.

That's the reason I said it too. There just isn't much participation to continue.
I will bake as I can. :)
Have fun,
Susie

I'm glad you are both still in this. I believe you add two different and valuable perspectives.

I apologize for not posting more. I'm doing two challenges concurrently, so while I'm keeping up with the baking, I've fallen into the habit of posting my results in batches. I'm a lousy photographer. And as bad as my pictures look, they would be much worse if they hadn't gone through Photoshop. This, unfortunately, is the bottleneck.

I'll try to do better in the future.

Hi to all,
It's been too hot here in the south to bake , I have not dropped out,
just waiting for some 'cooler temps'

Hello Jim,

Probably wasn't very handy to start this challenge just before the
vacation and summer. Glad you're still on the challenge and looking
forward to your breads.

With Dutch "groetjes",

Rita
