I've posted pictures for four more loaves at my website—http://www.wgbchallenge.blogspot.com/—multigrain hearth through the power bread.  By my count, this is the halfway point (ignoring the fact that we are ignoring a lot of variations on recipes).

The power bread is a bit strange.  It has a presoaker so be sure you plan on three days to make it.  The next couple of recipes call for sprouted wheat.  I have some wheat berries, but I'm not sure they are "sproutable."  (Is that a word?)  I'll give it a shot.  But if it doesn't work, I'll probably move onto other loaves and come back to these once I've located the appropriate wheatberries.

In a few weeks I'll be driving up to Charlotte to take one of the recreational cooking classes at Johnson and Wales.  I'm in one of Reinhart's bread classes.  I doubt I'll have much of an opportunity, but if I get the chance, I'll be happy to try to pass some questions on to him.

I had hoped to get things sorted out before I got back to you, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Typically we gather for a class around 8:30 on Saturday morning, the class starts around 9:00 and runs nonstop until either 1:00-1:30 or 3:00-3:30 depending on the class. My wife and I both do the classes as a way to get away together. Sometimes we come up the day before but I haven't made any arrangements yet so this may be a drive up that morning kind of thing. The classes tend to be pretty intense so we are generally ready to head home afterwards. That said, it doesn't look good for getting together this trip. But we usually do this twice a year so I hope to be back up in the spring. If it doesn't work out for this time, perhaps we could meet then. In any event I'll get back to you if our plans change. I too would enjoy meeting you.

Another possibility might be the Asheville Bread Festival if you are planning to go. I think it is scheduled for March 24 this year. Peter Reinhart has always gone so you'd get a chance to meet him as well (if you haven't already). Perhaps we could meet for lunch?
