Hi all,

I'm a little behind here with my posts but that doesn't mean I quit
the challenge. So here's my update:

The only bread I still bake regularly since the test period for this
book is the 100% Rye Bread ( http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/426027/in/album/17499),
because it's my mothers favorite. So with pleasure I made this bread
again http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/11829328 (And as you can
see..... not only my skills in baking are improved since 1996 :-))

But the first bread from WGB I made (even before I started testing)
were the Power Rolls (http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/145569/in/
album/16343) Must say... still not my favorite http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/11848894

To my big surprise we all liked #28 http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/11852602
very much and #29 even better (no picture yet on ipernity)
Made the Kulekage yesterday (picture follows a.s.a.p.)

Jim and Joe ...not much activity on your blogs .......are you still
baking?

With Dutch "groetjes"

Same here. I'll try to post something soon.

Your bread looks great. 100%-rye! You are braver than I. And I too was pleasantly surprised by the sprouted grain bread.
