Hiya,
In case you're wondering why we now have both links and numerical identifiers for in-text URLs: the plan is to eventually refer to links by numbers (e.g. "OpenTree [24]") and put the full URL at the bottom to save on space in our proposal. To make it easier to do this tomorrow, I've numbered, tested and recorded all the URLs currently in the text. If you add other URLs, please add the full URL into the text for now -- I'll renumber them tomorrow.
