final updates

Hi All,

We had a good hangout chat to wrap things up. The document will
remain on Google Docs until 1pm central time for wordsmithing- we are
at about a perfect length. After 1:00 it will come offline then it's
in Matt's hands for formatting. While the deadline is midnight
tonight it has been agreed that we'll target 4-5 this afternoon for
submission (or sooner). Please don't bother adding references,
Guarav/Paddy have done an excellent job cleaning them up, and we don't
need a renumbering mess (next time round, when we have time, we'll use
a reference manager).
