[WG-InfoSharing] Agenda for Thursday

I've updated the agenda for this Thursday's meeting in the WG Wiki. This meeting will focus on the Personal Data Use Receipt Framework. A contribution has been received, which will need to go through the process - including workgroup feedback, commentary, revision, etc. We will also be discussing the roadmap for that work.
