This is of relevance to the points i’ve made about adding legal basis for processing into the PDUR framework.

Bizarrely, web browsers who engage with their ‘advertising choices’ in the new released IAB transparency and consent framework 2.0 now get to choose whether they wish to see ads from adtech players who are asking for consent to share data/ drive advertising processes, or to allow others who don’t want consent, but want to assert their legitimate interest to enable them to do so.
