[WG-InfoSharing] Updated Standard Label Specification

Howdy folks,

Based on feedback and conversations in our last meeting, I've updated
the Standard Label Specification.

I'll be working tonight with the Santa Barbara Hackerspace on a machine
readable addition to the spec. Plus, we'll be coding this weekend at
Santa Barbara Startup Weekend to work on a universal Label plugin. That
latter work may be in collaboration with the Vibrant Data Hackathon
http://vdatpdx.eventbrite.com/, but we're still working on the details
of that.

However, it's definitely worth it to check out the Vibrant Data Project
itself at http://vibrantdata.org/. Lots of interesting names (including
John Perry Barlow, John Battelle, Bill Joy ) behind that effort, with
funding from Intel.
