[WG-InfoSharing] Working Draft of the Standard Information Sharing Label Specification

Howdy,

In support of our pending Kickstarter launch, I've done a quick write up
of the Google Doc work we've done on defining the Standard Information
Sharing label.

It's a rough draft, but it's relatively complete. I think. Comments and
suggestions are definitely welcome.

Please take a look. I've only listed Iain & Judi as collaborators.
Please chime in if you were on any of those calls where we hashed out
the label. I'd be happy to add your name and affiliation.

Plus, anyone who wants to dive in and help get it into proper
specification shape, we'd love your help and are happy to share credit
with all contributors.
