As you may know, Rio+20 is over and so we are closing all related mailing lists. We would like to take this opportunity to 

THANK YOU all for your dedication, hard work and contributions over the past two years.

You are probably trying to decide whether you want to remain involved with the next phase and may have heard all the debate around the MDGs, post 2015 agenda, SDGs, hlpf / HLPF and whether there will be a CSD20. Things are changing as the CSD cycle draws to an end and the MGCY is adapting also.

Already, things are shifting

and

its important to remember that

young people are actively shaping things

and this is a huge opportunity

A

lot is also happening like the

Post2015 task force

which has

been busy engaging the the different opportunities of the Post-2015 process (including meetings of the Post-2015 HLP, and side-events during the CsocD, CSW, etc). We would like to ensure we are acting again as one strong MGCY voice not only trying to shape the Post-2015 but also actively engaged in the discussions about the Open Working Group, and the possibility of both processes (the Post-2015 and the SDGs) merging.

This is why we are consolidating all the mailing lists to make communication more efficient. 

You will probably receive a lot of spam in the next few days as we remind you to sign up to the new mailing list:

This means that NOW is the best time to be active. NOW is  your chance to beinvolved. NOW is your opportunity to shine! Change is happening and we need to keep up. You may have shared your ideas but now its time for Action!

After the transition period, if you choose not to sign up to the mailing lists, then you will not receive further emails once all the lists have been deleted.
