MANDATORY Student Org Orientation, Tomorrow @ 5:00PM in Pugh Auditorium

Just a reminder that tomorrow from 5:00-6:00pm in Pugh Auditorium there will be a mandatory meeting for all non-greek student organizations. Each organization will be required to have their treasurer present at this meeting. If for some reason they can't make it, please have another member of exec take their place. If no one from your organization shows up to this meeting, you will not be eligible for funding in the spring. In this meeting, I will help alleviate much of the confusion surrounding the reimbursement process, the Student Budgetary Advisory Committee (SBAC) hearing process, the proper way to fill out an expenditure voucher and much more. Thanks and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
