No More Budget Spending @ Capital Funding Apps due FRIDAY!

Hey everyone,

 

Just a reminder that if you are going to be spending your organization’s money after this Friday April 20^th, 2012 please fill out the form found here:

Also, all invoices must be submitted to FAS Accounts Payable by this Friday as well.

On another note, here are the important dates for capital funding:

 

®  April 20^th – All organizations must submit all outstanding invoices to FAS Accounts Payable and must be completely finished spending their SBAC money

®  April 20^th – All Capital Funding applications must be emailed to me (cer...@wfu.edu) by April 20^th, 2012

®  April 27^th - Email notifications will go out notifying organizations whether they will receive capital funding or not

®  May 2^nd (Last day of classes) – All invoices should have been submitted to me so I can pay them by May 4^th
