New mailman mailing-list

Hi everyone,

As Kaustav was facing some issues with the mailman mailing list, I talked to Asheesh on #openhatch about getting a mailman list for us. And he has now set up a list for us (Thanks Asheesh). It is available at wfs-...@lists.openhatch.org.

That is a seriously excellent news. Having the list with openhatch will
save us a good deal of effort. Kudos to you and big thanks to Asheesh
for setting up the list on #openhatch. I'll integrate this list with
wfs-india.org
