Hey, everyone ...

 

William sent "cease & desist" letters to a bunch of people, including myself and my host.  To immediately protect myself and my host, I moved the consumer advocacy site www.WilliamFranklinFraud.com to Wordpress.Com, where it was promptly suspended.  I am negotiating with them now and reinstating it.

 

In my opinion, every day this site is down, more victims are lining up to bend over.  I'm still waiting to hear back from my lawyer, but it will be a sad day if I accept a gag order to let more people be screwed. 

 

I will keep you posted.  In the meantime, anyone wishing to receive the exported file from Wordpress for mirroring purposes or otherwise, just ask.

I responded to his lawyer (and put it past one of my own laweyrs
first, of course); the old site is gone, but the domain now points to
a page with links and most recent public information. As I find
others who have mirrored the old content, I'll link to that, too.

Ironically, I chose Blogspot because someone (gee, I wonder who) put
up a libel site against me, accusing me of using an alias which is
actually the real name of one of his own (past?) business associates,
Freddie Avila, and copy-pasted accusations that were originally made
by people against HIM, LOL. Don't worry, it doesn't make sense to me
either. But it would be hilarious if he sent them a C&D letter, since
I already reported the libel site.

I'm just surprised he doesn't have an active sock-puppet here yet. I
am assuming the moderator approves anyone who asks.

Copies of C&D letters will be posted here shortly, and I received
offers to mirror old information which people captured before I took
the old site down. If they follow through, I will link to them on the
new "WilliamFranklinFraud.Com" http://WilliamFranklinFraud.Com

I have devoted a surprisingly small amount of time per year
documenting his activities up to this point. However, I am deciding
whether or not to go a step further and have him professionally
investigated, now that I have a relationship with such a firm. It
depends on if his further actions make it worth my time. And yes, I
believe he is more than stupid enough to do that, so I've put a few
people on alert, waiting for my green light.

On another note, I forgot about this group until I responded back to
them. This isn't really a "website" under myy control, but just in
