It's funny, really. William accused me of getting up every morning
with a "mission" to ruin his livlihood. The fact is that I don't give
him a second thought until I get the next phone call or email from yet
another victim. It's not my fault that it's be so often these days.
Yes, it's been a lot of work every now and then to maintain and
upgrade the site to accomodate so many horror stories from people
doing business with him.
But I just didn't see the point in doing it all myself, in spite of my
strong sense of justice and concern for others. I have a life to
live, and it's not my job to babysit William apart from just making
sure people can find out the truth when they encounter him and run
into problems. I thought the blog i set up would save some design
effort -- and it did -- but I think it best at this point that people
should be able to discuss this among themselves. Yes, I will post new
victim stories, especially if they contact me anonymously. But here
is the point of this group:
(1) Credibility: I've found that a lot of recent victims want to meet
each other. They want to know if William is lying about all this scam-
talk being just a couple guys with a website making it up to get back
at him.
(2) Justice: He recently scammed a company for $17,000. They are
looking to go in with anyone else interested in a class action suit or
some similar legal action and the interest generated by this is
significant.
(3) Awareness: This is one more place where the masses of victims and
potential victims of his fraud-as-usual business ethics can share
information and know that this is not a matter of a couple bad deals
or dissatisfied customers. We are not crazy, or wrong, or unfair. We
are not the bad guys here.
