I've had a number of exchanges with George Muammar to get up to speed
on the existing tool, and a few exchanges with the FrontLine SMS
folks. FrontLine Forms is still a proprietary thing. The current WFP
tool is bound to Access+VB scripts, but export things to XML, for
runtime in Java on PDAs. Currently the Java PDA environment is
'SuperWABA', but a decent alternative is sought. (IBM? etc)

Anyway, we also are reaching out to the Sudan RHOK effort, and perhaps
the WFP/Logistics portal people.
