The process to report defective Township-issued radio/pager equipment has been streamlined.
MIS has added a link the Township Intranet page (see attached). This will be the only accepted way to address defective radio/pager equipment, moving forward. There is no need to submit these requests to the Helpdesk.
This is for end-user units, any critical issues or major infrastructure issues are still reported through dispatch/MIS.
