Attached is a memo from Director Mikutsky concerning foam. The DEP formed an exploratory committee concerning the banned foam. Departments may receive a call from the DFS inquiring about the foam disposal if needed and cleaning of apparatus foam tanks. Please provide the necessary information. Departments should keep receipts/records for any cleanup already performed
