The Union Budget will be presented tomorrow by the Hon'ble Finance Minister in the Parliament. The Politics and Disability is organising a webinar to deconstruct the budget allocation for Persons with Disabilities, including an analysis of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
