Sadly some of the actual content isn't accessible and it's too voluminous to OCR and check. I did however OCR the latest document - it is available at https://disabilityrightsallianceindia.wordpress.com/2018/11/05/20181105-cbse-exam-disabled-students/

If you notice, the deadline for asking for exam accommodations is 22nd November. The available accommodations are for RPWD disabilities. But the actual online form for making the request is outdated. See the following screenshot of https://cbseonline.ernet.in/pvtform/addnew12.aspx

If this is not rectified and date extended for registration of exam accommodations for disabled candidates, there will be chaos and unnecessary stress for everyone.
