Feel the beat and the rhythm, it's time to let go of all those
emotions and simply dance away to glory. Dance is known to liberate,
and eventually lead you away from the stress and humdrum of life.
Still not inspired? Here's our collection to help you get there...

release pent up emotions, and is a perfect stress buster.

the emotions you feel?
Dance, yes dance and only dance. Dance has a way of speaking through
movements, of bringing up emotions, and eventually pouring it out into
the open. Whether you agree or not, it is one of the most liberating
experiences ever.
