GSOD Stations

The NCDC link in wetbud for the station lookup is broken.  Perhaps a link to a hosted webpage with these links on it would be a good fix as I suspect they are moving things around.  It would be easier to update a webpage than to have to go back into the software to update the link.

This will get you GSOD station data:  https://www7.ncdc.noaa.gov/CDO/cdoselect.cmd?datasetabbv=GSOD&countryabbv=&georegionabbv=

This will get you GHCN station data:  https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/search?datasetid=GHCND

They do move things around.  I will patch the link for now and post an update.

A hosted webpage is also an issue at this point. It may be something simpler

A couple of fields were added under settings. The user can now modify the URL (if it breaks again) and enter the correct one.
