In a folder called gsod
The folder is not there anymore.
Try the GHCN data which you can download through Wetbud and then convert/import to GSOD.

Please note that
The Global Summary of the Day (GSOD) reached end-of-life on August 29, 2025, and is no longer being updated by NOAA, causing widespread unavailability of recent data.
Legacy data have been moved to a different site with a different format. I will post a WB update with the new download options
