Spec and pipette details

Here's a quick write up on the pipettes and the spectrophotometer.

Emily, 

This is great. I'm going to add a Trello project to recalibrate the pipettes C-F. These are clearly problematic.  We also need to create a wiki with all of our protocols so folks can find these things easily.
