Problems in 595 Laundry room with the Laundry card machine

Hi All,

I am having a consistent problem with the Laundry card machine in 595 taking value off my Debit card.

I have an account, created a new one about 2 hours ago, it won't recognize my username or new password.

Hercules closes their offices at about 6-6:30pm.

Does anyone encounter this?

It has happened to us a few times.

I have 2 dryers of wet clothes to dry that are sitting there for about an hour now.
