When you can not make it to the game

Hi All

When you can not make it to the game, would you please send an email
in the group to inform others?

When you can make it to the game, would you please be on time? Per
Sam, our time is 4:30-6:00PM.

When you have to goals, would you please at least DO SHOW UP? And
would you please arrive 10 minutes earlier so that we can set up the
goals for the 4:30 game?

Please reply if you disagree.

BTW, the person with the goals DID NOT SHOW UP THIS WEEK, people's
time was wasted. Sam, would you please make sure you have a
conversation with that person about this?

Would you all want to make this an organized and fun game? You are the
only one that can make it happen.

Hi folks,

I would say this was my fault not the other person who kept the old
goal. I sent out an email informing everyone we got a new goal so that
whoever kept the old goal should not need to bring it. Then I had some
bad luck and could not make it to the game myself. Although I sent out
an email ahead of time about it, the person with the goal might not
have received my second email in time.

William is right, as a group we would expect accountability from each
and everyone of us. I apologize to everyone that my fault caused the
inconvenience this time but it will happen again.
