                     3. Update from NGO/Agency

For Agency/NGO who have not submitted or would like to add more information on the form Agency-early-response-recovery and Rehab / Reconstruction Mentawai two weeks ago, please feel free to send it to my email immediately zulfa...@gmail.com (no later than Monday). We received input from fourteen NGO / Agency are: Mercy Corps, Mitra Peduli, Arche Nova, Field Indonesia, Dian Insani, CWS Indonesia, YEU (Yakkum Emergency Unit), Plan International, SurfAid International, Ibu Foundation, KKG SB (Gender Working West Sumatra), UNRC, IOM and the CDRM (Center for Disaster Risk Management).

It is an agreed in our previous meeting with BNPB, Provincial Government and the Mentawai District Goverment that NGO / Agency activities in Mentawai Mentawai will be part of Renaksi (Action Plan ) Mentawai 2011 - 2013 for program integration, replication, joint effort and for sure to avoid overlapping activities in field. Please include your organization logo while submitted.

Sudah merupakan kesepakan dari rapat sebelumnya bersama BNPB, BPBD Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Mentawai bahwa kegiatan dari NGO/Agency di Mentawai akan dimasukkan kedalam Renaksi Mentawai 2011 -2013 untuk integrasi, replikasi, joint effort dan untuk menghindari tumpang tindih kegiatan di lapangan. Mohon bagi rekan-rekan yang belum mengirimkan untuk dapat  menyertakan logo organisasinya.
