1. What happens to the property values of the homes that are right next to the new road? They have lost all of their privacy by the removal of all the trees up against their property. This is awful...

 

2. What is going to happen to the traffic flow for from Old Plank to Chaffe to Beaver to I-10? What about the school and the children? What about the people who live on North end Chaffe? Do they know what is going to happen to their property? How much is all this going to cost us? Make the city spell out the money/cost to us...

 

3. What about the bridge that is going to be expanded on Old Plank Road? Is that being expanded for trucks? Why do we not know about this?

 

 

4. The property that was sold to the railroad...was it rezoned? If not, why?

 

5. What is the 5 year-10 year-15 year plan for our community? Since we did not know about the plan in 1973? ...?how can we really know what is going to happen in our community?
